Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs wallet recharge transactions made through the Convenia platform using the integrated payment gateway. By proceeding with a wallet recharge, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation Policy

Wallet recharge transactions cannot be cancelled once the payment has been successfully processed and the corresponding amount has been credited to the user's Convenia wallet.

Users are advised to carefully verify the recharge amount and payment details before confirming the transaction.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in cases where the payment has been successfully debited from the customer's bank account but the wallet recharge is not completed due to a payment gateway, banking, or technical failure.

In such cases, the payment will be automatically reconciled and the corresponding amount will be credited to the customer's Convenia wallet within 3 to 7 working days.

Once a wallet recharge has been successfully processed and the amount has been credited to the user's wallet, the transaction is considered final and is non-refundable.

3. Failed Transactions

If you experience a failed or pending transaction and the wallet is not credited within the prescribed time, you may contact our customer support team with the payment reference details for assistance.
